Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw gets creepy with Erin Andrews during Buccaneers-Eagles Thursday Night Football – NJ.com

From the Hall of Fame to the hall of shame.

Four-time Super Bowl champion Terry Bradshaw appeared to cross a line during FOX Sports’ coverage of Thursday Night Football between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Philadelphia Eagles.

The awkward and creepy moment came during the pregame show following an interview between sideline reporter Erin Andrews and Buccaneers linebacker Devin White.

According to Awful Announcing, “The setting of the interview was inside a barn (White owns horses) and Andrews wore an outfit that fit the theme.” After the taped interview ran, Andrews appeared on camera and tossed it back to the studio. While doing so, Andrews asked the crew how old they were when they first got on a horse.

Host Curt Menefee repeated the question to Bradshaw, who said he was three years old at the time of his first ride. Then, unprompted, the 73-year-old Bradshaw steered the conversation into a place it never should have gone, commenting on Andrews’ attire during the taped interview with White.

“You got your cowboy boots on. And your shirt. You’re lookin’ good. That was ni- I enjoyed that interview.”

Awkward? Yes. Creepy? Definitely. But it’s by no means the worst back-and-forth between a Hall-of-Fame quarterback and an NFL sideline reporter. That honor goes to drunken New York Jets legend Joe Namath, who professed on camera to wanting to kiss ESPN’s Suzy Kolber during a live interview in 2003.
