” Its a huge obstacle and especially being a chauffeur running part-time,” Grala stated. “Thats a big challenge for me. But I type of liked the idea of the format to be truthful. I think I would enjoy it a lot if I was running full-time. But it definitely does put me in a little bit of a drawback for this weekend. However fortunately these are long races. Theyre not run races. So Ill have time to get comfy out there and to get where I need to be by the end of the race, but Im just looking forward to seeing what this is all like this weekend.

This will be my very first time ever because of these procedures I havent been able to attend any race because quarantine. Even though I am one of the other drivers of the car, I still cant go to the race when somebody else is driving the cars and truck.
” I feel like Ill be quite prepared with my track knowledge and everything that I can be entering into it,” Grala stated. “Ive run a great deal of laps on the simulator, however when you roll off 3rd in filthy air in Turn 1 attempting to hold it wide open for the very first time … its absolutely gon na be different in reality then in theory with all the preparation.”
” So I reflect on my track notes from Kansas, Ive got a little bit of details to go off of from my very first time there,” Grala said this week in a Zoom media conference. “But my note-taking process has actually gotten considerably much better over the last 3 years. I didnt have as much written down as I wanted I had looking back on it.”
