The Kansas City Chiefs have released their list of inactive players for Monday night’s game against the New York Giants. Linebacker Anthony Hitchens (tricep), defensive tackle Khalen Saunders (knee) and offensive lineman Mike Remmers (knee) will all miss the game. But cornerback Charvarius Ward (foot) will be active — as former starting right guard Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, who will be active for the first time this season.
Here are the Chiefs’ inactives for tonight’s game against New York:
CB DeAndre Baker
LB Anthony Hitchens
OL Austin Blythe
OT Prince Tega Wanogho
OT Mike Remmers
DT Khalen Saunders— Matt McMullen (@KCChiefs_Matt) November 1, 2021
Hitchens and Saunders and already been declared out for the matchup; both Remmers and Ward had been listed as questionable in Saturday’s final injury report.
With Remmers out, it is likely that Lucas Niang will be starting at right tackle on Monday night. Rashad Fenton will likely get Ward’s snaps as the outside cornerback across from L’Jarius Sneed.
With the exception of backup quarterback Chad Henne (finger) — who was limited in Saturday’s practice — the other eight Kansas City players who appeared on the Week 8 injury reports were all full participants in the week’s final practice session.
On Monday, the Chiefs elevated two players from their practice squad for the Giants game: defensive end Austin Edwards and linebacker Darius Harris. Both are active for Monday night — and as elevated players, will automatically be returned to the practice squad after the game. During his rookie season, Edwards played in one game for the Atlanta Falcons. This will be his first opportunity to appear in a regular-season game with Kansas City.
On Wednesday, the team had protected Harris — along with quarterback Shane Buechele — preventing either from being signed by another team before Monday’s game. The team’s third quarterback has now been protected for four consecutive weeks.
The Giants have also released their list of inactives for the game. Running back Saquon Barkley (ankle), wide receiver Kenny Golladay (knee), linebacker Lorenzo Carter (ankle) and defensive back Nate Ebner (ankle) will all miss the game — but and tight end Kaden Smith, wide receivers Kadarius Toney and Sterling Shepard will dress for the Chiefs.

RB Saquon Barkley
DB JR Reed
DB Nate Ebner
LB Lorenzo Carter
DL Danny Shelton— Matt McMullen (@KCChiefs_Matt) November 1, 2021
Barkley, Golladay, Carter and Ebner — along with linebacker Carter Coughlin (ankle), who was placed on the team’s Reserve/Injured list on Monday — had been listed as out for the game. Smith, Toney and Shepard had all been listed as questionable.
Tight end Evan Engram (calf) and defensive lineman Danny Shelton (pec) had both been limited in all of this week’s practices. Engram will play, but Shelton will miss the contest.
On Monday, the Giants elevated linebackers Trent Harris and Bernardrick McKinney from their practice squad. They also activated defensive back Steven Parker from their practice squad and defensive back Aaron Robinson from their Reserve/PUP list. All four are available to play. Harris and McKinney will be returned to the practice squad after the game.
I’ve learned several important things as a result of your post. I’d also like to express that there can be situation that you will make application for a loan and never need a co-signer such as a Fed Student Support Loan. When you are getting financing through a common loan service then you need to be able to have a co-signer ready to allow you to. The lenders will probably base that decision on the few factors but the most significant will be your credit standing. There are some loan providers that will additionally look at your work history and determine based on this but in almost all cases it will depend on your report.
