Washington vs. Eagles inactives – PhiladelphiaEagles.com

The Washington Football Team did NOT activate either quarterback Taylor Heinicke or quarterback Kyle Allen from the Reserve/COVID-19 list. Garrett Gilbert, signed off of New England’s practice squad on Friday, will start at quarterback for Washington. Kyle Shurmur, elevated from the practice squad for tonight’s game, is the backup quarterback for Washington.

Quarterback Jalen Hurts returns from a one-game absence due to an ankle injury. Running back Jordan Howard is also good to go after missing two games with a knee injury.

The Eagles will be without offensive linemen Landon Dickerson and Andre Dillard, who are on the Reserve/COVID-19 list. Backup center/guard Jack Anderson was activated from the Injured Reserve list.

Washington did activate cornerback Troy Apke and defensive tackle Tim Settle from the Reserve/COVID-19 list, but Settle is inactive tonight. The Football Team also activated tight end Sammie Reyes, but he is out due to a concussion. Washington also placed running back J.D. McKissic on the Injured Reserve list.

There are only four inactives for the Eagles because the active roster is currently at 52.
