The Post’s experts make their Rangers-Hurricanes picks:
Larry Brooks
The Rangers will have to play their four best games of the season in order to prevail against a team that is much deeper, faster and more disciplined than the Penguins.
The Canes are relentless. The Blueshirts must limit their errors — forced and unforced — in the neutral zone and on their O-zone entries while simplifying their game. The presumptive goaltending edge is significant on Igor Shesterkin’s side, and the Rangers may be able to exploit Antti Raanta, who is No. 1 in Freddie Andersen’s absence, but would have to consistently get pucks and bodies to the net in order to do so.
I do not think it is farfetched to believe that the Rangers can pull off the upset, but I don’t think they will do it.
Prediction Hurricanes in 6.

The Rangers’ resilience and strength in nets is hard to bet against, and they will push Carolina to the limit. But the Canes have the depth, the home ice and will end the Rangers’ season in Raleigh.
Prediction: Hurricanes in 7.

The Rangers have proven they deserved to get to this point, but the Canes have been banging on the door to the Eastern Conference final for some time now and are built to actually do it this season.
Prediction: Hurricanes in 6.
