At 120 yards long, the Samsung screen is longer than the football field it now rests above. It has more than 260 speakers and utilizes the wattage of 1,500 home theater systems, according to an NFL news release.

Two Los Angeles NFL teams made the joint statement Wednesday that they now have the biggest video scoreboard in the world: a 2.2 million-pound, 70,000-square-foot leviathan that authorities say boasts more than 80 million pixels.
The stadium in Inglewood, Calif., is the new house of both the Rams and the Chargers. It cost about $5 billion to develop and is 97 percent total, according to the groups.
The new enormous display screen goes beyond the one set up at the Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium, which was acknowledged in 2009 by Guinness World Records as the “Worlds Largest Video Display,” according to Business Wire.

“The design, along with the boards video and audio abilities, are the first of their kind in sports and will set a brand-new precedent for the in-stadium experience,” said Jason Gannon, the stadiums handling director.
SoFi Stadium is situated at the website of the previous Hollywood Park racetrack. It is already set up to host a few major events, including an upcoming Super Bowl, parts of the 2028 Summer Olympics and WWEs WrestleMania 37.
