As you may have heard, the rhythm-action game Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory is concerning the Nintendo Switch this November. As delighted as we have to do with it, obviously – we would love to see the mainline series offered too.
Though, there are no other Kingdom Hearts video games planned for the Switch right now. This is according to Kingdom Hearts director, Tetsuya Nomura, during a current interview with Nintendo Enthusiast:

” Through a translator, Tetsuya Nomura validated there are presently no specific prepare for more Kingdom Hearts games on Switch.”
Apparently Square Enix thought about porting the existing titles in the series, but discovered it to be “highly challenging”.
Nomura himself said he still finds the Switch enticing and obviously revealed how it was possible another video game might make the switch to Nintendos hybrid system in the future.
