Ninjas back on Twitch, specifically, in a multiyear handle the website. Its another big move for Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, whos had rather a year even aside from the ongoing pandemic.
Last August, he left Twitch for a special handle Mixer– which shut down at the end of June, scrapped for parts over at Facebook Gaming. He strolled away from the wreckage in far better shape than the rest of his peers on the site (save for Michael “Shroud” Grzesiek), apparently with the full quantity of his seven-figure agreement in his pockets. And today, Blevins comes home to Twitch.
By going back to Twitch, Blevins puts an end to the question of where he may land next. As one of the former faces of the site, hes sure to top the Twitch charts once again. This time, it seems, itll be on his own terms. His first stream goes live today.
Its a huge offer, not least because of how his channel was mishandled after his rather unceremonious departure last year. Blevins is most likely the most identifiable figure in streaming, having crossed totally over into the monoculture mainstream through deals with Adidas, where he has a shoe, and having his merch offered at locations like Walmart.
