The group stated that its contact tracing mechanisms allowed personnel to recognize the individual, the individuals party, any service personnel that entered contact with the private and any other ticket holders that may have been near this person while getting in the stadium.
“We still dont understand why it strikes some so viciously while others have only moderate signs. If you have an existing or previous health condition such as cancer, lung, diabetes or heart illness, or if youre older than 65, you should not be taking unneeded threats like remaining in big crowds. We hope those around you arent taking those threats either and possibly bringing the infection home to you,” Dr. Archer said.
The Chiefs made no reference of whether or not viewers would be barred from participating in any games in the future.
The
Kansas City Health Department said the person that tested favorable enjoyed the video game from the groups box in the lower level of the stadium and evaluated positive the following day. The favorable test has prompted the Kansas City Health Department to direct 10 people there to quarantine after prospective exposure to the coronavirus.
“I wish to remind everybody that COVID-19 is anywhere and all over. While were all exhausted of it, frustrated and even mad at how it has actually altered and stricken our lives and livelihoods, we must continue to believe of those who have not and will not endure it,” said Dr. Rex Archer, Kansas City health director.
The Kansas City Chiefs were one of the couple of groups in the NFL that enabled fans into its arena in Week 1.
All fans and personnel are required to use a mask or face covering while in the stadium, and
the team said that the stadiums “COVID procedure strategy restricted potential direct exposure to a single seating zone within the stadium.”
