Last week Amazon dropped its annual armada of new products on us — now its Googles turn. The companys Launch Night In stream Wednesday follows its unveiling of the Pixel 4A spending plan phone in August. That occasion confirmed the presence of its next flagship phone, the Pixel 5, and the Pixel 4A 5G. They were introduced today, in addition to a brand-new Chromecast and a brand-new Nest-branded smart speaker, the Nest Audio. There were couple of surprises, however, other than the Hold for Me phone feature, which puts those dreadful youre- on-hold-forever contact Google Assistants hands.
The Pixel 5 announcement, as with Googles previous flagship phones, has actually been leakier than ancient pipes (or maybe, as CNETs Lynn La presumes, the “leakages” become part of Googles marketing technique).
