Tom Brady pertained to the defense of OBrien, who spent 5 years on Bill Belichicks offending personnel, after the Texans axed him as their coach and basic manager.
” I believe he does an excellent task,” Brady said of OBrien. You hate to see things take place as they do and to lose a coach four video games into the season doesnt make a lot of sense to me.

OBrien returned to the NFL in 2016 and was 52-48 with 3 trips to the postseason in his six-plus seasons with the Texans.
” That was truly difficult to see. Ive understood Billy for a long time and I believe hes a hell of a coach,” Brady informed Westwood One in his weekly spot with Jim Gray on Monday night.
” I think he has fantastic management capability. Its a very challenging part of the occupation and I believed he did an excellent job in Houston over the years.”
Not everyone thought Expense OBrien deserved to be fired.
” Those guys truly appeared to like betting him,” said Brady, now with the Buccaneers after leaving the Patriots after twenty years.
Houston was off to an 0-4 start a season after winning the AFC South. The problem began before the season, though, when the 50-year-old OBrien was slammed for his choice to trade star receiver DeAndre Hopkins to the Cardinals.
