Two times today, weve bounced back from 0-fers to post a two-for-two day. It occurred again Friday with the Astros coming from behind and the Dodgers and Braves complying late to beat the over by a half run, running my record this postseason to 17-14. Call me the return kid! Im charged with a tall order now on this fine Saturday. Speaking of riding the wave, theres something in the air in these League Championship Series this season. The group dealing with removal in either series is now 4-0. Thats a lot more coincidence than pattern and its primarily on one side, but Ill reiterate a point Ive made throughout the series: The Dodgers are the much better group here. There isnt much disputing it in looking at the rosters, the routine season record, the run differential, etc. That doesnt suggest the Braves cant win the series. Not in the least. They extremely well could. Im simply relying on the Dodgers talent at least pressing this thing to Game 7. They are favored, so well hand down the cash line and play the run line with them winning by a minimum of two..
