Brady definitely wasnt the only many-times-over millionaire who owns a company that checked a few boxes and completed a few figures to get some of the billions that Uncle Sam was distributing at the height of the financial crisis the pandemic spawned. The reality that somebody can get federal cash made available throughout an emergency situation represents a question separate and apart from whether somebody should.

Via NBC Sports Boston, the Boston Sports Journal reported on Monday that TB12 got a Paycheck Protection Program loan in the variety of $350,000 and $1 million. The figure originates from federal information revealed on Monday.

The post I published right before starting on this one pointed out that Tom Brady made $2.998 million in the ending February 29, 2020 in money-for-nothing marketing and royalty payments via the NFL. That, in addition to the rest of his holdings, did not stop his zealously promoted (by him) way of life brand from accepting cash for nothing from the federal government after the pandemic struck.

The so-called PPP program provided relief to small organizations throughout the coronavirus pandemic. To get the cash, TB12 had to use through the Small Business Administration. The TB12 Performance & & Recovery Centers were momentarily closed during the pandemic.
