Authorities in Lubbock, Texas, validated to MMA Fighting a man matching Perrys complete name– Michael Joseph Perry– and date of birth was associated with a supposed assault on July 7 at Table 82 in Lubbock, Texas, where Perrys girlfriend, Latory Gonzalez lives and where the UFC welterweight trained for his most recent battle.

TMZ reported the guy Perry apparently punched was carried to the healthcare facility. Witnesses said the fighter was consuming berry Mojitos and punched an employee after being asked to leave the dining establishment.
