Running back Raheem Mostert asked for a trade far from the 49ers on Wednesday with the absence of development on a revised agreement pointed out as the reason why he wants to move somewhere else.

Mosterts agent Brett Tessler made a public statement about the trade request and likewise talked to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media about what his client is looking for in a new deal. Mostert signed a three-year offer ahead of the 2019 season after two years invested largely on unique groups, but took on a leading offensive function last season.
Tessler said that Mostert has actually been looking for a wage bump that would bring his payment in line with Tevin Coleman. Coleman is set to make $4.55 million in 2020 while Mostert is set to make $2.575 million.
