One week removed from Tennessee’s firing of Jeremy Pruitt after a tumultuous three-season tenure ended amid an investigation over NCAA violations that have also led to the departure of nine other staffers, it’s a good time to check in on what the Vols’ search is looking like.
In the seven days since the move was made, Tennessee hired UCF athletic director Danny White as its new AD to replace the retiring Phillip Fulmer and take over the search, a move that may give Tennessee some much-needed clout to try and lure a bigger name.
