New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick released a statement on Friday on the team’s activity in the free agency market.
“We are excited about the additions to our roster so far this year,” said head coach Bill Belichick. “Whether by trade, free agency or re-signings, the group brings a good mix of offense, defense and special teams. It was great to see them in the building, including some familiar faces, and we are all looking forward to continue building toward the upcoming season.”
New England announced signing WR Nelson Agholor, DL Henry Anderson and Deatrich Wise, WR Kendrick Bourne, DBs Cody Davis and Jalen Mills, TE Hunter Henry, LB Matt Judon, OL Ted Karras and LB Kyle Van Noy.
The team is expected to announce its other pending transactions, which include TE Jonnu Smith, DT Davon Godchaux, DE Montravius Adams, LB Raekwon McMillan, DB Justin Bethel, C David Andrews, K Nick Folk and QB Cam Newton.
