PlayStation Plus subscribers will get access to three games in April: Days Gone, Oddworld: Soulstorm, and Zombie Army 4: Dead War. The trio of PS Plus freebies will be available to download from April 6 to May 3.
Days Gone is, of course, Sony Bend Studio’s open-world adventure game for PlayStation 4 about bikers living through a zombie apocalypse. PS Plus subscribers will get a double dose of zombies in April thanks to Zombie Army 4: Dead War, a PS4 shooter from the makers of Sniper Elite 4 that offers a different flavor of undead: Nazi zombies.
PlayStation 5 owners can download Oddworld: Soulstorm, a modern-day re-imagining of 1998’s Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus (and the follow-up to 2014’s Oddworld: New ’n’ Tasty!). Oddworld: Soulstorm makes its debut on PS5 on April 6.
March’s PlayStation Plus free games, Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Maquette, Remnant: From the Ashes, and Farpoint, are available to download through April 5. Destruction AllStars, which first hit PS Plus in February, is also available to download through April 5.
PlayStation fans currently have free access to nine more games, as part of Sony’s Play at Home initiative: Abzu, Enter the Gungeon, Rez Infinite, Subnautica, and The Witness for PlayStation 4; and Astro Bot Rescue Mission, Moss, Thumper, and Paper Beast for PlayStation VR. Those nine games will be available until 8 p.m. PDT on April 22 and don’t require a PlayStation Plus subscription.
