Atlanta will roll out the same starting lineup as they went with on Opening Day, with Freeman back to batting third without the DH and Pache starting in center field and batting eighth. Charlie Morton will be the pitcher. Ronald Acuna started the season out hot in Thursday with two hits, including a double, and a walk. Hopefully he can continue this form. The Braves’ bats will hope for some better luck than they received on opening day, when they were able to make a lot of hard contact, but these batted balls often found a way directly into a Philadelphia fielder’s glove.
The Phillies will make one change to their lineup on Saturday, with Roman Quinn batting eighth and playing center field. Quinn replaces Haseley, who manned center field for Philadelphia on Opening Day, Thursday. The rest of the lineup is the Philadelphia regulars. Zach Wheeler will take the mound for the Phillies, starting his second season in Philadelphia after being given a big contract in free agency.
