Crystal Springs (Miss.) four-star defensive lineman Trevion Williams committed to Florida State on Friday evening. Williams made his pledge to the Seminoles during his official visit, which began on Thursday.

Williams, who is a 6-foot-4, 250-pound defensive line prospect, chose FSU over offers from Auburn, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Tennessee and others. Williams took an official visit to Auburn last weekend. He had also taken unofficial visits to see the Bulldogs and Rebels during June.

The FSU staff offered Williams earlier this month after his performance at the Elite Camp on June 5. That early June visit marked his first-ever visit to Tallahassee.

“I was invited to visit, but I didn’t know it was going to be like this. It really surprised me. I loved it,” Williams told Noles247.com in early June after his workout at FSU.

“I loved everything from the coaches, to how they love the players, to how real they are.”

Williams is a four-star prospect, the No. 31 DL in the country and the No. 224 best player overall, according to the 247Sports.com Composite Recruiting Rankings.
