( Reuters) – Multiple U.S. states are examining Apple Inc for possibly deceiving customers, according to a March file acquired by a tech watchdog group.
The Texas attorney general of the United States may sue Apple for breaking the states deceptive trade practices law in connection with the multi-state examination, according to the document, which was acquired by the Tech Transparency Project.

The office of the Texas chief law officer decreased to comment. Apple did not immediately respond to a Reuters demand for remark.
