At the company’s annual September event, streamed virtually Tuesday, Apple unveiled refinements to its smallest screen, the Apple Watch, introducing the Series 7—whose highlight is a tiny QWERTY keyboard for on-the-go messaging. The company also gave its most portable tablet, the iPad Mini, an all-new design, with a larger display and no home button on the front, in the same hand-held size.
