For the 500th time this year, we’re here to express our excruciating jealousy over the amazing things Nintendo fans in Japan get treated to. This time, it’s a stunning Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword soundtrack collection.

From Nippon Columbia, the new soundtrack will be available to Japanese fans in either a Regular or First Press Limited edition. Both come with five discs of music from the game, with 187 songs featured in total, but the Limited edition also includes a “luxury” outer box and a truly beautiful music box which plays ‘Ballad of the Goddess’.

Seriously, look at (and listen to) it:

The two editions are set to launch in November and can be pre-ordered here (Regular) and here (Limited) for ¥5,500 and ¥8,800 (approx. $50 / $80) respectively. Just bear in mind that you’ll need a Japanese shipping address to order them.

You know, if Nintendo wants to team up with any western music labels for an international release, we wouldn’t mind. Just saying.
