The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crew has a long history of leaving opponents shell-shocked in the realm of fighting games from Tournament Fighters to Injustice 2, and two of the brothers will very soon be taking part in a new crossover.
GameMill Entertainment released the full move list and breakdown for Leonardo today as he’ll appear in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl where he can whip out both katanas without worry of being censored on a kids show.
As everyone could probably predict, the majority of the TMNT leader’s attacks rely on his swords. They apparently don’t do all that much damage, but Leo’s variety of slashes allow him to create extended combos and quickly chip away at his opponent’s health.
Instead of KO’ing the likes of Spongebob Squarepants through the blast zone, a good chunk of his moves on the ground or air aim to spike them downwards to take off stocks.

While Leonardo can’t fire off a projectile like in Tournament Fighters, his Scissor Slash and spinning Endless Screw special look similar enough to the Super Nintendo / Sega Genesis title that they could be references to it.
This first TMNT stage isn’t much of a surprise either being Sewer Slam, which occasionally oozes out sludge from the pipes to push players it comes into contact with.
The turtles team still has two more fighters waiting to receive their full breakdowns for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl in Michelangelo and April O’Neil though we’ll be able to get our own hands on them in a few weeks when the game launches on October 5, 2021.
