Apple-owned Dark Sky gets an extra month on Android, will now sunset on August 1 – Android Police

Premium customers on Android will still get a complete refund, as was promised prior, need to they keep their subscription until completion.

Popular weather condition app Dark Sky will be available to Android and website users for an extra month. Instead of ending those services today, it will do so on August 1.

From July 1, the Android and Wear OS would be deprecated and the site and associated embeds removed. Unfortunately, those embeds, projections, and maps are still up and people are left with another 31 days to find an option.

The Dark Sky API, which offers data and forecast products to other apps, remains on track to operate through completion of 2021.
