And after that checking out something at 11:30 p.m., that has me totally enraged, and then lurking around my house for the next three hours. I believe the new Apple Watch has a lockdown setting that will just stop you from using your gadgets, after a certain time. I believe that would be, thats the thing that I want, to help me go to sleep. I dont understand if its out there.

AS: OK. My life hack was, meal planning. And I likewise headed out and bought a thing. So, we remained in quite rigorous lockdown, for about a month. There were four of us, my partner and my two kids. And my kids eat five times a day. And we were trying to not go to the supermarket more than as soon as a week, and it was simply becoming this big mess.
So, about a week after lockdown started, I purchased 2 whiteboards and I have one white board, today, for my wish list. And another white board, where I plot out each meal daily, each week. I have to write it all down, and that method, I can make sure that I have everything I require for the entire week to feed everybody in my house.
And eventually, what I wish to do is, make all of that things automated. So I have a chill out scene, or a relax routine, that I dont need to activate. Itll just go, at bedtime.
