NBA players better bring their ODouls to Orlando.
The league sent a memo, acquired by The Athletic, Wednesday to teams about entertainment within the NBA bubble at Disney World. The teams will have access to barbers, manicurists, golfing, fishing trips (with just nonalcoholic beverages allowed), motorized boats (likewise with only nonalcoholic beverages), bowling and after-hours trips to the amusement park.
Players and others in attendance have 2 boating alternatives. Participants can go on a “assisted fishing experience,” a two-hour trip with as much as 5 guests enabled. They can not take alcohol on the boat. They can also rent motorized pontoon boats– once again, without taking alcoholic drinks onboard.
Prior to the start of skirmishes on July 22, the memo notes, only groups located at two of the 3 NBA-attended hotels, the Grand Floridian and the Yacht Club, can use the boats. That means groups remaining at the Gran Destino …
