UFC star Mike Perry appeared to punch a guy and use racial slurs at a Texas bar on Tuesday night in a video that appeared on social networks.
The 28-year-old welterweight has previously been open about his criminal past.
Lubbock authorities reacted to the incident but Perry was not jailed. An examination into the dispute was underway, ESPN reported.
Perry, who is coming off a UFC Fight Night success over Mickey Gall, appeared to hit the male throughout the dispute. The video revealed that Perry was being challenged by a restaurant staff member and was informed to leave. Perry stated that another man had actually touched him.

TMZ Sports, which got video of the occurrence, reported that Perry also struck a female who witnesses said was a good friend of Perrys girlfriend. It was unclear whether the female was hurt.
” No comment,” Perry tweeted Wednesday.

Perry, who is coming off a UFC Fight Night success over Mickey Gall, appeared to strike the male during the disagreement. The video revealed that Perry was being confronted by a dining establishment staff member and was informed to leave. Perry said that another guy had touched him.

He supposedly invested about 6 months in a Florida jail for a probation violation. When he violated the terms with a battery arrest, he was on probation for a robbery charge in 2014. In 2013, he also pleaded no contest to a battery charge.
In the video, Perry might be heard using numerous racial slurs. According to ESPN, Perry, who is White, has been known to use the N-word however has not been disciplined by UFC for it.
