Following yesterdays tantalizing tweet, Lego has officially revealed its brick-based reproduction of the renowned Nintendo Entertainment System (which just so takes place to turn 37 tomorrow). Theres a buildable Television, however, with a tiny 8-bit Mario figure and a crank that gradually moves the level in the background. The package also comes with a special Action Brick that can be scanned by the Lego Mario that comes with the upcoming Starter Course play set.
You can even pop open the front and load your favorite video game. The massive build, which consists of over 2,600 bricks, will be offered to purchase through Legos retail stores and website from August 1st for $229.99.
