Lottery eligibility for the 2021 season is under examination, the email said, and will be upgraded even more in mid-August.
The 2020 lottery procedure had previously been delayed until summertime.

Single-game tickets and parking passes for the 2020 Notre Dame football season will not be readily available through the popular lotto system, the school said Wednesday in an e-mail viewed by BlueandGold.com.
The relocation is part of the effort to decrease capacity in Notre Dame Stadium for house games.
” Over the previous couple of months, we have worked diligently on a seating strategy that would incorporate proper physical distancing measures to ensure Notre Dame Stadium is as safe as possible this fall,” the e-mail read. “We remain in the final phases of that planning process, which will considerably lower our capability.”
