For Busch, it was a disappointing outcome after it appeared he had gotten his 98th win in the series. Busch led 15 of the 201 laps in the race, which was extended into overtime by a late caution duration. But his vehicle was ruled too low in post-race examination.

Kyle Buschs No. 54 Toyota stopped working post-race inspection due to heights, so the triumph in Saturdays My Bariatric Solutions 300 at Texas Motor Speedway was granted to Austin Cindric. For the Team Penske chauffeur, it was his 3rd win in a row in the NASCAR Xfinity Series this season.

That bumped Cindric, who ended up second in the No. 22 Team Penske Ford, as much as initially. Chase Briscoe, Justin Allgaier, Harrison Burton and Michael Annett rounded out the leading five finishers.
