A trio of PlayStation 5 images have appeared online (through Chinese forum A9VG), apparently showing the consoles outer casing before its fixed to the system. Riveting, we understand, but its intriguing to see how they look. As expected, the consoles white plates are different from the device itself– but going by the variety of attachment points these things have, we would not say that the shell looks easy to replace and eliminate.
In any case, it most likely wont be long till we see more PS5 images get leaked. Were yet to really see the console itself outside of Sonys official marketing products, however we understand that mass production started this summertime.
And, well, thats all there is to this story, actually. Theres been a lot of speculation that youll have the ability to remove the PS5s housing and that Sony might begin offering custom-made plates, however theres no real proof to back this up– at least not yet. Were uncertain that these photos confirm anything, either.
