Among the key components that goes into making a timeless Tony Hawk title is a fantastic, unforgettable soundtrack. And while Activisions upcoming Tony Hawks Pro Skater 1 & & 2 will feature the majority of (but not all) of the classic hits from the original PlayStation releases, the new OST will also be expanded with the addition of 37 new songs.
A gamut of categories will be featured in the remaster, with heavy leanings toward the skate-friendly ska-punk noise. Names even Old Man Moyse acknowledges like Reel Big Fish, Sublime, The Ataris and A Tribe Called Quest will be joined by the likes of DZ Deathrays, Chick Norris and – checks notes – Viagra Boys. Back in my day, and so on.
