Making breakfast sucks. You are currently tired, and now you require to cook? Cook food? In the early morning?
This is why no-cook breakfasts are best. The simplest and most easily offered is, obviously, boxed breakfast cereal. The issue is that cereal only comes in 2 ranges: far too sweet and far too bland.
Back in the in the past times, when we had an office with treats, I would concoct an afternoon snack by integrating the too sweet cereal with the too dull cereal. The 2 parts naturally stabilize each other out, making a well balanced reward to enjoy in the early morning, night, or afternoon!
The combinations of cereal are limitless, and here are a few of my favorites:
One flexible option, Honey Nut Cheerios, can act as either the dull or sweet element, depending upon what you combine it with.
Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Corn Flakes
Double Chocolate Krave and Cheerios
Frosted Minnie Wheats and Rice Krispies

The most basic and most readily offered is, of course, boxed breakfast cereal. The problem is that cereal only comes in 2 varieties: far too sweet and far too bland.
If you believe that these tastes would clash, simply keep in mind that Cheerios or Rice Krispies taste like almost nothing, so they cant clash or overpower anything! They are the culinary equivalent of packaging peanuts (new cereal concept: loading peanuts), merely there to fill you up and tamp down the sugariness of Fruity Pebbles.
Now Im not a physician, but a bowl of combo cereal most likely doesnt have sufficient nutrients to get you prepared for a productive day, so consider having some fruit, protein, whole grains, and caffeine also. But as a thrown-together snack, it actually cant be beat.
Back in the previously times, when we had an office with snacks, I would prepare an afternoon snack by integrating the too sweet cereal with the too boring cereal. The 2 components naturally stabilize each other out, making a well balanced treat to enjoy in the night, morning, or afternoon!
