Gif: Hoolopee
Last month Microsoft revealed off a lots of footage from the upcoming Halo Infinite, featuring a crash landing and an extremely upset pilot. They looked okay in high definition, however theres something about them that looks even much better thought of as an N64 game.
This video by Hoolopee does precisely what it appears like, recreating 1:42 of that Xbox clip in the style of a Nintendo 64 title.
Sure its muddier, but a big part of the original Halos appeal was its speed and visual clearness, something this joke video in some way gets practically as right as the actual Halo Infinite does (which, to its credit, is purposefully reverting to a more traditional art design for the approaching video game after some less recognisable departures in Halos 4 & & 5).
