Big Sky Conference represents organizations across the nation, including Sacramento State and UC Davis.” The health and wellness of our students is our leading priority, and eventually that issue assisted our decision-making procedure over the previous few months as we checked out every alternative regarding the 2020 football season,” stated Andy Feinstein, president of the University of Northern Colorado and chair of the Big Sky Presidents Council.Nonconference play for football programs is still being talked about, according to Sacramento State Athletics officials. “We support the choice of the Big Sky Conference presidents to not play football in the fall,” Sacramento State Director of Athletics Mark Orr said. “We will share information of the spring season as they appear and anticipate the day that our players, coaches, personnel and fans can go back to the field.”
