On the scripted side, Warner Bros Television and cable/streaming unit Warner Horizon Scripted TV are being combined into a new scripted department led by Warner Bros Television presidents Susan Rovner and Brett Paul. The duo, who formerly worked as Presidents of both Warner Bros TV and Warner Horizon Scripted television, will continue managing all scripted programs, reporting to Roth.

Clancy Collins White has been raised to a recently produced position and will now have daily oversight of all scripted program advancement for the brand-new Warner Bros Television, reporting to Rovner. She previously acted as EVP Drama Development at Warner Bros Television.
Continuing in their existing positions at Warner Bros Television and managing newly integrated teams are Adam Glick, EVP Business Affairs; Sue Palladino, EVP Production; and Jody Zucker, EVP Legal Affairs.
The debt consolidation is leading to layoffs as redundancy, mostly in backlot operations, such as company affairs, legal, production and financing, are being combined.
