Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster will feature Dante from the Devil May Cry series – Destructoid

Downloadable devil hunter

The crossover that spawned among gamings most enduring memes is back. In a trailer launched late Tuesday night, Atlus validated Dante from Devil May Cry is concerning Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster as downloadable material.

Dante was originally contributed to the second variation of Nocturne, which wound up being the version released overseas. A third edition of Nocturne was released in Japan that switched Dante out for Raidou from the latter two Devil Summoner titles. When Atlus revealed the remaster last month, just Raidou appeared in the trailer, leaving Dantes inclusion up in the air. Nice to see we have a conclusive answer on whether or not Capcoms cocky demon killer would be back.

Now if only it might somehow get a “New Funky Mode.” According to Japanese Nintendo, Dante will be part of the “Maniacs Pack” DLC where he will change Raidou in the main story. Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster releases in Japan on October 29 for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. A worldwide release is slated for 2021.
