Pablo Lopez pitched well for the Marlins holding the Braves to simply 2 operate on 7 hits in 6 innings of work. Lopez started out eight batters and didnt stroll anyone.

Miami tacked on 2 more runs in the sixth versus Luke Jackson on a sac fly by Aguilar and a run-scoring single by Dickerson. Aguilar struck once again in the seventh plating two more runs versus Jackson on a rocket ground ball that was deflected off the glove of Dansby Swanson to increase the result in 8-2.
Atlanta would tie the video game again in the 4th thanks to back-to-back doubles by Nick Markakis and Adam Duvall.

Villar followed with an infield single to 3rd. Dayton then got Aguilar to fly out for the 2nd out with Berti tagging and moving over to third on the play. With Corey Dickerson at the plate, the Marlins pulled off a double steal with Berti scoring on the toss down to second to extend the result in 4-2.
However, things split up for Wright in the 3rd as he as soon as again appeared to lose command. The inning began well enough as Wright struck out Jon Berti. The video game got off to a sufficient start for the Braves as Travis dArnaud got on the very first pitch he saw from Pablo Lopez and drove it out to left center for his 3rd crowning achievement of the season. Atlantas losing streak extends to four straight video games and they drop to 11-10 on the season. Max Fried will try to stop the bleeding on Saturday while Miami will counter with left-hander Daniel Castano.
