GUIDELINES FOR TAILGATING AT SEMINOLE HOME FOOTBALL GAMES – Seminoles.com

Tallahassee, Fla.– Seminole Boosters and the Florida State Sports Department launched standards today to permit Seminole Booster donors to tailgate at Seminole home football games in 2020.

” We are pleased to be able to provide tailgating to our fans for the 2020 home football season, and we realize that it is a vital part of the video game day experience for many ticket holders,” stated FSU Director of Athletics David Coburn.

In order to promote a safe environment, FSU has adopted the following:

” Just as it is with many things in our society during this pandemic, we ask that our donors take obligation for sticking to the tailgating guidelines, and make excellent decisions for the security of our neighborhood so that we can continue to progress with a safe football season,” stated Coburn. “If we as a Seminole family can not create a tailgating environment that secures the health and wellness of each other, it might be needed to review this approach. ”

Seminole Booster members who receive parking will get their print-at-home passes via email the week of the season-opener versus Georgia Tech. General admission (scramble) parking will be provided to all donors who qualify ($330 and above) to just the games for which they pick tickets. Parking (reserved and basic admission) for Golden, Platinum and Legacy Chiefs will be issued for all home games.

All parking area will open three hours before kickoff this season.
Clients will be limited to individual tailgates at their own areas.
All participants are asked to maintain the six-foot social distancing standard between individuals beyond family/friends as well as between tailgate locations.
All patrons are encouraged to wear facemasks when traveling through parking lots as well as while socializing.
