The Gamecocks have 4 scholarship running backs – returnees Deshaun Fenwick and Kevin Harris along with incoming players Rashad Amos and Zaquandre White – who are healthy on the lineup. Fenwick has a set of 100 yard games to his credit in his young career with the Gamecocks, topping the mark in games versus Chattanooga and Vanderbilt while Harris scored four touchdowns as a true freshman.
Amos, a three-star possibility from Sandy Creek High School in Georgia, picked South Carolina over more than a lots offers. White is a transfer running back from Iowa Western who began his profession at Florida State. White hurried 137 times for 876 backyards in eight video games, averaging 109.5 yards per video game and 6.4 backyards per carry, with 10 TDs last season for Iowa Western.
