If thats too thorough for you, or if you d like to flesh out your understanding with a wider multidisciplinary course, The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is also providing a COVID-19 course open up to the general public. This one covers subjects like testing, health injustices, the effect of the pandemic on psychological health, and other broad implications of this pandemics result on the world. Lectures are on Sunday nights, starting 8 p.m. CT (thats 9 p.m. ET and 6 p.m. PT).

Starting September 1 at 11:30 a.m. ET (8:30 a.m. PT), MIT is offering a course on “COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2 and the Pandemic.” The courses lectures will be livestreamed every Tuesday and are totally free to the public. (Only registered students can ask concerns, however everybody can enjoy.).
