Fords electric Mustang dragster covers a quarter-mile in 8.27 seconds – Engadget

According to Ford Performance Motorsports global director Mark Rushbrook, “Since exposing the automobile, weve continued to fine-tune it and now understand were just scratching the surface of what we might have the ability to accomplish with this much electric horse power in a drag racing setting.” In a declaration, the group declared this Mustang hit a peak 1,502 HP at the wheels throughout private testing.
