The other day I had a lot of retweets and reddit posts and such for playing Doom on a pregnancy test.But as I explained then, it wasnt really PLAYING on a pregnancy test, it was just a video being repeated, not an interactive game.

The idea of running iconic 1993 first individual shooter Doom on random electronic gadgets isnt new, but California developer Foone Turing got imaginative with it on Sunday: He got it using a pregnancy test. It looks pretty great on the 128×32 pixel monochrome screen.
They had to replace the tests initial CPU and display, so its actually just a shell. Its still an impressive task– the game retains the originals hypnotic motion and its iconic opponents are easy to make out.
A fan also brought it to the attention of John Romero, among the initial video games developers, who talked about one of Turings early efforts.
