When Porsche revealed the changes on the 718 Boxster and 718 Cayman for the 2021 model year– particularly in the 718 Cayman GT4, 718 Spyder, and 718 Boxster/Cayman GTS 4.0– the news featured an announcement that the much-awaited PDK for six-cylinder designs is also arriving. On the other hand, the PDK-equipped 718 Boxster/Cayman GTS 4.0 models accelerate from 0-60 miles per hour in 3.8 seconds– once again, quicker than the 4.3 seconds of the manual.
