I know Kris Letang desires something clarified. His representative Kent Hughes (is) stating that Kris does not expect to be traded.
Letang is under contract for two more years in Pittsburgh at $7.5 million per season.
Letang upgrade: Trade speculation is swirling around a variety of Penguins. Goalie Matt Murray, in particular.
However TSN.cas Darren Dreger states hes not buying a few of the speculation surrounding defenseman Kris Letang. Neither is Letangs representative. But the three-time Stanley Cup champion wants some things cleaned up.

Tate injured a hamstring in late August. Coach Joe Judge called it a “day-to-day” injury.
Golden a go?: New York Giants broad receiver Golden Tate appears ready to play against the Steelers on Monday night.

Markus Golden missed Thursdays practice with an “disease.” So that will be something to track. But its not believed to be covid-19 related.
He was limited in practice Thursday. According to Giants Wire, media observers at practice are inclined to think hell fit up.
Two players noted on NYG injury report with “illness” today (Markus Golden & & Adrian Colbert). Just to clarify, its not THAT illness. Had they checked pos. for Covid-19 they d have gotten a different classification & & a reserve status (and certainly not been restricted as Colbert was).

It was apparently so distasteful to him that Judge ripped into the players and rebooted the entire practice.
Joe Judge collected his team after stretching and people and lit into them. Wasnt delighted with what he saw. F-bombs all over. If they were starting the practice over, Media had to leave at that point however it sure appeared as.

Running back Saquon Barkley appreciated the severe training.
Joe Judge stopped practiced today and ripped into the Giants. How does @saquon feel?
” I enjoy it. Coach didnt like how we began off, so we had to begin over” pic.twitter.com/r7NTjpxv0P

This isnt the first time Judges “tough love” has been on screen. The Giants seem to be endorsing it.
Joltin Joe: Apparently Judge was none too pleased with how his practice started Thursday.

After a stellar stint in Houston, the previous Pirates pitcher signed up with the New York Yankees for $324 million this offseason. And the right-hander has had some struggles.
” That rate over 212 1/3 innings, which is how many he pitched for Houston in 2019, translates to 53 crowning achievement,” Schoenfeld composed. “To put that in point of view, the only pitcher to enable 50 or more home runs in a season was Bert Blyleven, who permitted 50 for the Twins in 1986.”
Cole has lost his last three decisions and has not won because Aug. 14. Hes 4-3 with a 3.63 ERA. His 70 strikeouts are fifth-best in Major League Baseball.
Coles arranged start against the Baltimore Orioles on Thursday was rained out. Hes expected to start among the two games these dayss doubleheader instead.

Cole quandary: It hasnt been an easy transition to the Bronx for Gerrit Cole.
Yikes!
On Thursday, ESPN.coms David Schoenfeld posted a story describing some of Coles concerns. The biggest one seems his inability to keep the ball in the backyard. Cole has actually permitted 13 home runs this season.
