In a high-scoring affair, the Texans, aided by two Deshaun Watson touchdown passes, took a 21-17 halftime lead over the Steelers.

A Chris Boswell field goal gave Pittsburgh an early lead before Watson hit Randall Cobb for a 28-yard touchdown pass. David Johnson, following two third-down receptions by Will Fuller, extended Houston’s lead on a 2-yard touchdown run. Pittsburgh quickly responded, as Eric Ebron’s 17-yard catch on a third down play set up his 10-yard touchdown reception. The Steelers then took the lead on Roethlisberger’s 26-yard touchdown pass to JuJu Smith-Schuster, but Watson countered by connecting with Fuller for a 14-yard touchdown just before halftime.
