Anthony Lynns decisions doomed the Chargers vs. Buffalo – The Athletic

The Chargers lost 27-17 to the Bills in Buffalo, and we could spend our valuable time here dissecting every facet of this game as we do on most Sunday evenings. We could discuss how the offense mustered just three points off three fourth-quarter turnovers. We could discuss the dropped passes, the missed throws and the struggles on third down. We could discuss Joey Bosa’s dominant game, or the run defense faltering again, or Austin Ekeler’s emphatic return, or the Bills flustering Justin Herbert and the Chargers’ front with disguises and blitzes.

But, to me, that would be missing the point. It would not tell the story of this game, and it would not tell the story of how the Chargers have fallen to 3-8 in this miserable season.

There is only one thing worth discussing right now: the repeated coaching blunders from coach Anthony Lynn and his staff.
