Mohamed Salah has been benched for Liverpool’s Premier League clash at Crystal Palace this afternoon.
But Joel Matip has returned to the starting line-up as one of three changes from the side that beat Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday.
Salah’s place in the attack is taken by Takumi Minamino, who joins Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane in the forward three.
Curtis Jones, impressive in recent weeks, is another player to be named among the substitutes, with Naby Keita instead coming in for his first Premier League start in almost a month.
Skipper Jordan Henderson and Gini Wijnaldum continue in the engine room.
Matip missed out in midweek with a back spasm that forced him off at half-time last weekend at Fulham, but has returned to partner Fabinho at centre-back.
Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson remain at full-back, with Alisson Becker in goal.

With Premier League clubs allowed to name nine players on the bench from this weekend, Adrian is back among the substitutes along with fellow goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher.
Former Liverpool right-back Nathaniel Clyne starts for Palace.
