Nice, for those that still collect Modern Physical Gaming media.
I do want those limited edition Skyward Sword Joy-cons. But $99 CAD is pretty steep when you factor in the broken Motion Pointer controls, tiny buttons, lack of comfort, cheap feeling L & R buttons and having to deal with your right thumb constantly hitting the right analog Joy-con stick when trying to press the B,A,X & Y buttons…
you’ve gotta get all fancy n’ Shmancy’ and arch your thumb up like a princess. The joy-cons redeeming qualities? > HD Rumble most importantly, versatility, neon colors, and having wireless left joy-con(vs the wired nunchuck)
if it weren’t for the HD Rumble which feels far more powerful, defined and impressive when using the detached joy-cons, i wouldn’t even really use them. Here’s hoping that they deliver with Skyward sword….Because if they go out of sync, to the point where i have to constantly press the recenter button, than I’m out. I may in fact just fall back on the Wii version and use Wii motion plus instead. Under Controlled lighting conditions, wii pointer controls at their best work wonderfully.
